Vice President Design & Creative / NBG Home / 2021 - 2023

Recruited by the Chief Product Officer, I guided a team of 30 skilled professionals, including product designers, creatives, and photographers. We efficiently handled a product range that brought in a remarkable $300 million in annual sales for mass-market and specialty retailers such as Target, Walmart, TJX, Amazon, Wayfair, and others. Our product portfolio comprised of Furniture, Lighting, Wall Décor, and Textile goods. My role involved supervising product design, brand revitalization, sales presentations, digital content creation (photography, video +3D), packaging, and more.

With my guidance, we launched a new initiative for trend forecasting that produced yearly, seasonal, and monthly reports. This initiative became a significant success, setting us apart from our competitors and elevating our brand.

Creative Director, Brand / High Times / 2020-2021

The CEO invited me to join a special team with the task of preparing this iconic publication for retail. My primary responsibility was to develop and execute a creative strategy for the future. This started with establishing a brand book and aligning with key stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Over six months, we developed a range of clothing, CBD products, and accessories that launched on our newly designed eCommerce platform. I also supervised the development of our campaign strategy and coordinated photo shoots, print, and outdoor advertising along with the inaugural packaging, which launched in California and Michigan.

Creative Director / Green Growth Brands / 2018 - 2020

As a founding team member, I played a key role in building the company and its culture from scratch. I combined my experiences in world-class retail with an agile and scrappy mindset. I spearheaded the development of multiple brands centered around Cannabis and CBD lifestyles, including CAMP, Seventh Sense, Green Lilly, and Meri + Jayne. With a talented and collaborative cross-functional team, we crafted the emotional positioning, product packaging, point of sale, e-commerce, social media, and campaign efforts—seventh Sense launched with impressive numbers, including 200 SKU stores and 193 locations in top malls.

We achieved $11 million in revenue at a 70% + margin in the first full quarter of operation (Q4 2019), making us the world’s largest CBD brand.

Creative Director / Bath & Body Works / 2011- 2017

I was recruited by the CMO for my exceptional skills in delivering high-quality brand work, as well as my proficiency in agility and operations. My role involved leading a team of 12 creatives and working closely with cross-functional partners to develop and execute 45 fragrance launches, product refreshes, and brand introductions across 1,500 stores. I oversaw multi-million-dollar point-of-sale budgets annually, managing photoshoots, in-store signage, direct mail, brand packaging, and other related tasks.

Moreover, I successfully directed the company's rebranding initiative for Blue Gingham in 2011.

Freelance Art Director + Brand Consultant / 2006 - 2011

I founded a boutique agency in 2006, leveraging my campaign development and brand management expertise to serve clients ranging from start-ups to established brands. Our services encompassed brand identity and development, website design, online and in-store marketing, event promotion, and brand collateral.

Among our notable clients were Bath & Body Works, Chevron, Dream360, Kellwood, PINK, Sears Inc., The Limited, Verizon, and Victoria's Secret.

Art Director / Victoria’s Secret + PINK / 1999 - 2006

I played a crucial in developing and launching national campaigns and PR events. My responsibilities included creating and executing various marketing initiatives such as in-store promotions, national print ads, brand packaging, and direct mail campaigns.

I was specifically assigned to the sub-brand PINK and actively built its identity by supporting all brand efforts, coordinating photo shoots, and overseeing collateral materials.
